Our Retreat Program
Over the past several years the Nouwen Society has been able to sponsor, co-sponsor, or assist in a number of retreats across North America. Most often these retreats are an occasion for people from all walks of life to explore spiritual themes that emerge in the writings of Henri Nouwen. Retreats provide an opportunity for spiritual renewal, the reaffirmation of one’s core values, and a prayerful encounter with God, self, and others in a supportive environment. The Society has committed itself to developing new strategies that will result in more such retreats being offered. Stay tuned for further developments.
